Medical & Enhanced Program Inquiries
Clients enrolled in the 12-Week Enhanced Medically Supported Transformation Program will receive communication directly from Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD (NPI: 1588688576, licensed in all 50 states) and her patient care team for all medical-related services.
All coaching, mindset, and wellness support remain under Coach Kenya Elliott and the I.R.I.S.E. team.
