About Our Medical & Enhanced Wellness Programs
I.R.I.S.E. Beautique & Transformation Coaching Firm partners with licensed medical providers to offer medically supervised weight-management and enhanced-wellness programs. The information on this page is provided for educational purposes and to ensure full transparency about the nature, risks, and limitations of the treatments available through our Level Up Enhanced Wellness programs.
GLP-1 Medications
GLP-1 receptor agonists (such as semaglutide and tirzepatide) are FDA-approved medications used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and chronic weight management. When prescribed as part of a medically supervised program, they may support significant weight loss by reducing appetite and improving metabolic function.
- Prescription required from a licensed medical provider
- Medical evaluation and health history review required prior to prescribing
- Not appropriate for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2
- Side effects may include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and in rare cases, more serious complications
- Individual results vary significantly
Compounded Medications
Some programs may include access to compounded medications prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drug products. They are prepared based on a licensed prescriber’s order for an individual patient.
- Compounded medications are not evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality in the same manner as approved drugs
- They are prescribed and dispensed only under the supervision of a licensed medical provider
- Availability is subject to change based on regulatory guidance and pharmacy availability
- Medical evaluation required prior to any compounded medication being prescribed
Investigational Peptides
Certain peptide therapies offered through our enhanced wellness programs are considered investigational. This means their safety and effectiveness have not been fully established through large-scale clinical trials and they have not received FDA approval for the specific uses discussed.
- INVESTIGATIONAL: These therapies are not FDA-approved for weight loss or the specific wellness applications described
- Use is at the discretion of the treating licensed medical provider
- Informed consent is required prior to initiation
- Risks, benefits, and alternatives will be discussed during your medical evaluation
- Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed
Medical Eligibility
Participation in any medical or peptide program through I.R.I.S.E. Beautique requires a medical evaluation conducted by a licensed medical provider. Eligibility is determined solely by the treating provider based on your individual health history, current medications, lab results, and clinical judgment.
I.R.I.S.E. Beautique and Coach Kenya Elliott do not make medical eligibility determinations. We facilitate access to licensed medical providers and support your transformation journey through coaching, nutrition, and behavioral support.
Risks and Limitations
All medical treatments carry risks. Before beginning any program, you will have the opportunity to discuss risks, benefits, and alternatives with your treating medical provider. Some general considerations include:
- Not all individuals will respond to treatment in the same way
- Weight loss results depend on many factors including adherence, lifestyle, and individual physiology
- Medical programs are not a substitute for a comprehensive lifestyle approach including nutrition and movement
- Discontinuation of medication may result in weight regain
- Some treatments may interact with existing medications or conditions
Individual Results
Results shared in testimonials, case studies, or program materials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results will depend on many factors unique to you, including your starting point, health history, adherence to the program, and the guidance of your medical provider.
Medical-Provider Responsibilities
All medical decisions, prescriptions, and clinical oversight within our enhanced wellness programs are the sole responsibility of the licensed medical provider assigned to your care. I.R.I.S.E. Beautique facilitates the connection between clients and licensed providers but does not practice medicine, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice.
I.R.I.S.E. Coaching vs. Medical Care
It is important to understand the distinction between the coaching and support services provided by I.R.I.S.E. Beautique and the medical care provided by licensed medical professionals:
- I.R.I.S.E. Coaching — behavioral support, accountability, nutrition guidance, mindset work, and program structure provided by Coach Kenya Elliott and the I.R.I.S.E. team
- Medical Care — diagnosis, prescription, clinical monitoring, and medical decision-making provided exclusively by licensed medical providers
Coaching services are not a substitute for medical care. Always consult your primary care physician or specialist for medical concerns.
