Level Up Enhanced Wellness combines medically supported weight management with I.R.I.S.E.'s therapeutic approach to nutrition, mindset, movement, emotional eating, food noise, accountability, and long-term maintenance.
For eligible clients, medical care is provided through Dr. Crystal Broussard and the medical care team, while Coach Kenya and Team I.R.I.S.E. provide the behavioral, lifestyle, and therapeutic coaching surrounding the medical treatment.

VIP Core is designed for clients who want medically supported weight loss combined with the structure, education, and accountability of the I.R.I.S.E. system.

This level includes everything in VIP Core while adding more individualized therapeutic coaching and customized support.

Elite VIP is the highest level of Level Up Enhanced Wellness support. It combines the medical and wellness components of the program with intensive private coaching, increased access, and concierge-level support.
Includes Everything in Medically Enhanced, PLUS:
- Two private coaching sessions per week
