Orders & Returns

1. What if I want to return my items or cancel my order?

I.R.I.S.E. Beautique does not offer returns, cancellations, or cash refunds. All sales are final due to the custom, handmade, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products. Approved returns are extremely rare and may be issued as store credit or a gift card, minus applicable fees. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

2. How do I complete a return if something doesn't fit?

Returns are only considered for unopened, unworn items in their original packaging. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering — our athleisure fabrics are designed with custom stretch and double-stitched seams that may vary slightly by style. If you're unsure about sizing, reach out before ordering for personalized guidance.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, as well as Buy Now, Pay Later options including Afterpay, Sezzle, Affirm, Klarna, Zip Pay, and Shop Pay Installments.

4. How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking updates within 24–48 hours of shipment. For delays or issues, email us at i.r.i.s.e.beautique@gmail.com.

5. When will my items ship?

In-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days. Custom and handmade items may require 7–15 business days, especially during holidays or new launches. International orders may take 2–4 weeks due to customs and carrier timelines.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Standard Ground: $8.95 (7–10 business days)
USPS Priority: $14.95 (5–7 business days)
Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship free via the most economical method

7. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for all deliveries.

8. Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes! We offer special bulk discounts for wedding parties, fitness teams, group events, and custom projects. Email us at i.r.i.s.e.beautique@gmail.com with your order details and timeline.

9. Do you use international suppliers?

All I.R.I.S.E. athleisure wear is designed and made-to-order in the USA. Some specialty materials may be sourced internationally to ensure premium quality, but every product is finished, packaged, and shipped from our U.S. facility.

Coaching & Programs

10. Are coaching services or programs refundable?

No. All coaching, consulting, and digital program sales are final. Refunds are not provided once services, meal plans, or access links have been delivered. Clients enrolling in any transformation program agree to our Terms & Coaching Service Policy prior to enrollment.

11. What is Enhanced Wellness Coaching?

Enhanced Wellness Coaching focuses on habits, mindset, nutrition education, movement guidance, and accountability with Coach Kenya. This is a coaching-only service. It provides education and support, does not diagnose or treat conditions, and does not guarantee specific results.

What does the six-month group transformation program include?

The I.R.I.S.E. Six-Month Group Transformation Program includes group coaching, ongoing accountability, Monday Night Master Class access as a group perk, one complimentary 30-minute check-in each month, and a 12-week 3-2-1 Daily Meal Plan rotation with nutrition access throughout enrollment.
