1. What if I want to return my items or cancel my order?

I.R.I.S.E. Beautique does not offer returns, cancellations, or cash refunds.
All sales are final due to the custom, handmade, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products.
Approved returns are extremely rare and may be issued as a store credit or gift card, minus applicable fees.

2. How do I complete a return for my purchase if it doesn’t fit?

Returns are only considered for unopened, unworn items in their original packaging to protect customer health and hygiene.
Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.
Our athleisure wear fabrics are designed with custom stretch and double-stitched seams, which may vary slightly by style.
If you are unsure about your size, reach out before ordering for personalized guidance.

3. What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal, as well as the following Buy Now, Pay Later options:
Afterpay, Sezzle, Affirm, Klarna, Zip Pay, and Shop Pay.
Payments can also be made securely using Cash, Credit, Debit, or Shop Pay Installments at checkout.

4. How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details.
You can track your package 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking confirmation.

5. Do you offer bulk order discounts (not for resale)?

Yes! We offer special bulk discounts for wedding parties, fitness teams, group events, and custom projects.

6. When will my items ship?

All in-stock items typically ship within 5–7 business days.
Custom and handmade items may require up to 7–15 business days for production and processing, especially during holidays or new launches.
Tracking information is sent once your order ships.
International orders (when available) may take 2–4 weeks for delivery due to customs and carrier timelines.

7. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination.

Standard Ground: $8.95 (7–10 business days)

USPS Priority: $14.95 (5–7 business days)

Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ship free via the most economical method.

8. Do you use international suppliers?

All I.R.I.S.E. athleisure wear and merchandise are designed and made-to-order in the USA.
Some specialty materials or accessories may be sourced internationally to ensure premium quality, but every product is finished, packaged, and shipped from our U.S. facility.

9. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please provide a valid residential or business address for all deliveries.

10. Are coaching services or programs refundable?

No. All coaching, consulting, and digital program sales are final.
Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not provided once services, meal plans, or access links have been delivered.
Clients enrolling in the 12-Week Transformation Program or Enhanced Medically Supported Program agree to our Terms & Coaching Service Policy prior to enrollment.

11. What is the Enhanced Transformation Program?

Our 12-Week Enhanced Transformation Program combines therapeutic weight-loss coaching by Coach Kenya Elliott with physician-supported medical care provided by Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD (NPI: 1588688576, licensed in all 50 states).
All medical prescriptions, injections, and monitoring are managed exclusively by Dr. Broussard’s medical team under HIPAA compliance.
Coaching, nutrition, and fitness support are facilitated through I.R.I.S.E. Inc. and are not medical advice.

13. What is your confidentiality policy?

All client data, including health and personal information, is protected under our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Compliance Policy.
Your information is never sold, shared, or disclosed outside of authorized partners assisting in your coaching or medical care.
