1.  What if I would like to return my items or cancel my order?

  • I.R.I.S.E. Beautique does not offer returns or cash refunds. See Return, Refunds and exchanges policy. Approved returns are granted in the form of a gift card minus fees.

  • Returns are only considered for unopened, unworn packages in order to protect the health of our customers and our staff. 
  • Please  be sure to use our size chart, to confirm what size to order. I.R.I.S.E. athleisure wear features custom sizing in our fabrics depending on the type,  the designs may run a bit bigger due to our uniquely engineered stretching and double stitched seams. Be sure to make your selectioin wisely.  See Sizing Chart

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Debit cards and Pay Pal.
    We also offer third party payment options. Want to purchase today and pay later select from our third party, Buy now pay later options: Afterpay, Sezzle, and Affirm, Klarna, Zip-Pay and Shop Pay.

4.  How do I track my package? 

  • You can track your package via the tracking number provided by the shipment nonfiction email. Use your tracking number and corresponding carrier to track your package on the website 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for updates.

5.  Does your site offer bulk order discounts not for resale?

  • Yes we offer a bulk discount for wedding parties, events etc. Please email us for further details and information at i.r.i.s.e.beautiuqe@gmail.com

  • In stock items will be shipped within 5- 7 business days.
    Order shipping from our warehouse general are processed within 5 business days of receiving the order.
    Shipping times are dependent on shipping method and other factors.
    Vendors and suppliers delays may affect order processing time and delivery. 
  • International orders require a up to 2-4 weeks time for processing and shipping due to COVID regulations and customs. We deeply apologize for the delay. (When available)

  • Shipping cost are calculated on check out and based on flat rate of USD $5.95-and up shipping method selected. See shipping Rates

  •  I.R.I.S.E. Athleisure wear is designed and made to order in the USA. 

9. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

  • No we can not ship to a P.O. box.
