Bust/Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and firm across the back.

Waist: Locate your natural waist by bending to one side. Measure around this point—typically the narrowest part of your waist. Keep the tape comfortably loose.

Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips, ensuring the tape remains parallel to the floor.

Inseam: For an accurate inseam measurement, take the tape from the uppermost part of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle.

Arm Length: With your arm hanging relaxed at your side, measure from the top of your shoulder (starting at the collarbone) down to just above the wrist bone.
