Domestic Shipping Information

Standard U.S. Shipping Options:

Ground Standard Delivery: 7–10 Business Days ($8.95)

USPS Priority Shipping: 5–7 Business Days ($14.95)

Free Ground Shipping: Orders over $150 (8–10 Business Days, $14.95 value)

Orders over $150 USD that qualify for free shipping will be sent using the most economical method available (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please note, shipping times are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability, weather, holidays, or unforeseen restrictions.

Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All paid shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is not responsible for packages once tracking confirms departure from our warehouse.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact customer service. Packages refused at delivery or returned to sender may incur return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

International Shipping Information

At this time, I.R.I.S.E. Inc. does not regularly ship internationally.
In rare, approved cases where an international shipment is processed, all applicable customs, VAT, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

International delivery may take up to 4 weeks. All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL, and rates are determined by package weight and destination.
Refused or unclaimed international packages will be subject to restocking and return shipping fees, with store credit issued in place of cash refunds.

Payments & Refunds

All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted for coaching services, wearable items, or digital products.

Payments are accepted through:

Cash, Credit, and Debit Cards

PayPal, Shop Pay, Sezzle, Klarna, Affirm, Zip Pay, AfterPay

Once an order is submitted, your payment method is charged for the full amount.
If you choose a third-party payment provider, please review their specific authorization and verification processes, as they may include additional fees.

PayPal Orders:
Both Payer Verification and Address Confirmation must be completed before placing an order using PayPal.

Processing Time – I.R.I.S.E. Beautique & Merchandise

Thank you for shopping with I.R.I.S.E. Beautique.
Due to the handmade, customized, and size-inclusive nature of our products:

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require up to 7–15 business days during high-volume periods or product launches.

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Please Note:
Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages may be subject to additional shipping costs for reshipment. If returned, store credit (not cash refunds) will be issued in the form of an I.R.I.S.E. Beautique gift card.

I.R.I.S.E. Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your item, please check with neighbors and contact your local carrier to file a claim.

Coaching Services & Virtual Appointment Policy
Session Standards

All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom to maintain safety, privacy, and accessibility.
Clients must appear on camera for the full session in a private, distraction-free environment.

1:1 Coaching Sessions & Assessments

Late/No-Show Policy: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After this, the session will be marked as a no-show and canceled automatically. A $25 fee applies for missed appointments.

Preparation Required: Bring your treatment plan goals, monthly measurements, journals, and updated nutritional progress to each session. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation and rescheduling.

Group Accountability Sessions

Cameras must remain on during group sessions.

Mute your microphone upon entry to avoid disruptions.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted.

If no clients are present within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, the session will be canceled and resumed at the next scheduled time.

By enrolling, you agree to participate actively in your transformation process.

Enhanced Medical Weight-Loss Disclaimer

The Enhanced Transformation Program includes medically supported weight-loss services provided under the supervision of
Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD (NPI: 1588688576, licensed in all 50 states) and her patient care team.

All medical inquiries, prescriptions, injections, and follow-ups are handled exclusively by the physician and her licensed staff.

Coaching, nutritional education, and behavioral support are provided by Coach Kenya Elliott and the I.R.I.S.E. Coaching Team.

This collaboration ensures each client receives comprehensive, compliant, and ethical support under HIPAA-protected standards.
