Domestic Shipping Information

Shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows:

Ground Standard Delivery Orders | 7-10 Business Days - ($8.95)

USPS Priority Shipping  5-7 Business Days- ($14.95)

Free Ground Shipping Order over $150.00 | 8-10 Business Days - Free (14.95 value)

  • Orders over $150 USD that ship free will do so under the most economical shipping method, which can include but not limited to services available through USPS, UPS or FedEx and take up to 5-10 days to arrive. 
  • Please be mindful your shipping may be affected due to restrictions, weather or holidays.

Upon availability Shipping internationally:

International Shipping & Handling- We currently do not ship Internationally. 

    (Additional fees related to Customs & Vats will be charged to customer).

    • Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include any holidays. All shipping cost and upgraded shipping cost is covered by the customer unless noted by the system.
    • Paid shipping costs will be calculated at checkout automatically by the carrier based on weight and destination. Delivery dates for ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.

    Please contact us if you have any concerns about your package delivery. Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs, and a restocking fee withheld from any credits issued once the package has been returned to our warehouse.

    International Shipping Information

    All international packages are shipped via UPS or DHL and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.

    Delivery times for international packages vary depending on the destination and can take up to 4 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.

    International orders are subject to duties/customs fees at the time of checkout. We collect these fees at checkout and remit them to the appropriate country/government as applicable.

    Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs and restocking fees withheld from any credits issued once the package has been returned to our warehouse. We do not offer cash returns, Store credits will be issued.

    Payments

    No Refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.  Please contact customer service for special circumstances and questions.

    Payments can be made via Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Pay pal, Shop pay, as well as 3rd party payment providers including Sezzle, Affirm, Klarna, Zip pay, Shop Pay, Pay Pal Payments, and AfterPay.

    Once an order is submitted your card is charged for the amount of your order. When selecting 3rd party payment options please review and read the authorization and verification process, there are additional 3rd party fees. You may be redirected to set up an account with the third party provider.  ALL SALES are Final. Exchanges are accepted on unopened packages only. 

    At this time, I.R.I.S.E. Beautique requires both Payer Verification and Address Confirmation for all orders paid by PayPal. Both of these processes must be completed with PayPal before placing an order on www.irisebeautique.com if your payment option is Pay pal.

    Processing Information

    Processing Time for I.R.I.S.E. Transformation Coaching Services  with Coach Kenya: 

    Access to Your Transformation Journey: Upon purchasing one of our empowering digital products or membership access, please check your email or text messages for a unique access link to log into your personalized member portal using the email you signed up with at https://members.whatifirise.com  and you will need to reset the password. Our handcrafted tools and resources await to guide you on your path toward weight wellness, mindful eating, and a balanced lifestyle. Should you encounter any difficulties or need assistance, our dedicated support team is readily available to ensure a seamless experience. Welcome to a therapeutic weight loss program that resonates with your soul, not just a diet. Together, we will redefine your health and well-being. 

    Processing Time for I.R.I.S.E. Beautique & I.R.I.S.E. Merchandise

    We appreciate your business and appreciate your patronage. Due to the variety of styles and sizes available Processing orders may take 3-5 Business Day before shipping. 

    Our Athleisure Wear is developed, designed, and custom made to order at I.R.I.S.E. INC warehouse.  Orders may take up to 5  business days to process after order confirmation is received. 

    Due to our brand's organic creative process, we take pleasure in offering you high-quality luxury athleisure wear and  statement merchandise at affordable prices. 

    We work to ship out orders within 5-7 business days after the order is received and processed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits or product launches, we may take up to 7-15 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

    Tracking for your order will be emailed to you once your order ships from our warehouse. Your order status and updates will be sent to the email on file. Tracking updates are available typically within 24 hours after the package is shipped out.

    If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please allow three additional business days due to shipping. Feel free to email Customer Service at i.r.i.s.ebeautique@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

    If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed and the refunded amount minus fees will be credited to your account in the form of a Gift Card to I.R.I.S.E. Beautique.  No cash refunds will be given. 

    We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout if the customer failed to correct it. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. of approved exchanges and returns.

    Coaching Services &  Virtual Appointments - 

    I.R.I.S.E. Weight Loss & Transformation Coaching: Sessions/Appointment Policy

    Welcome to I.R.I.S.E., where our primary focus is on empowering individuals to reach their weight and wellness goals through our proven therapeutic methods and support systems. We take your commitment seriously and expect you to do the same. This policy outlines important details regarding our 1:1 Coaching Sessions, Group Accountability Sessions, and the standards of attendance and preparation we expect from all our clients.

    General  Coaching Session Guidelines

    • All appointments and sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will receive a specific Zoom link when you confirm your appointment, which is also included in all reminder texts and emails. Due to liability and company privacy policy, no exceptions will be made.

    • Cameras must be on for the duration of all sessions to enhance the effectiveness of your therapeutic treatment. Clients are expected to be in a private space, free from distractions, to protect confidentiality and privacy.


    1:1 Coaching Sessions and Assessments

    • Late/No-Show Policy: Clients are granted a 5-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. Arrivals beyond this period will result in automatic cancellation, and you will be considered a no-show. There will be a $25 fee for each missed appointment. This fee will be due within 15 days  of the charge. 

    • Required Preparation: You must bring the following to your 1:1 appointments:

      1. Your treatment plan goals (Completed coaching assessment from portal)
      2. Current weight and measurements (monthly)
      3. Journals (both required)
      4. Updated nutritional progress

      Failure to provide this information will necessitate a cancellation and rescheduling of your appointment.


    Group Accountability Sessions

    • Punctuality: Arrive on time to make the most of your session and respect others' time. Cameras are mandatory.

    • Mute Upon Entry: Please mute your microphone upon entering the session to minimize background noise and distractions.

    • Late Entry: If you arrive late and the session cannot be interrupted, you will wait in the Zoom waiting room until the coach  or zoom host can appropriately allow your entry.

    • Session Cancellation: If no clients are present 15 minutes after the session’s scheduled start time, the class will be automatically canceled until the next session.

    Your adherence to this policy is critical for ensuring a high-quality experience for all. I.R.I.S.E. is committed to providing an environment where clients can focus fully on their therapeutic weight loss journey, free from the setbacks caused by disruptions and lack of preparation.
