Domestic Shipping Information

***Shipping may be affected by COVID due to restrictions and shipment delays.

Shipping options for shipping within the U.S. are as follows:

Orders over $150 USD that ship free will do so under the most economical shipping method, which can include but not limited to services available through USPS, UPS or FedEx and take up to 5-10 days to arrive.

Ground Standard Delivery Orders | 7-10 Business Days - $5.95

Insured Ground Shipping—$8.95 | 5-10 Business Days (when items in store)

International Shipping & Handling 10-15 Business Days -12.95

    • Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays. All shipping cost and upgraded shipping cost is covered by the customer unless noted by the system.
    • Paid shipping costs will be calculated at checkout automatically by the carrier based on weight and destination. Delivery dates for ‘Ground’ shipping are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the package once tracking shows that the package has left our warehouse.

    Please contact us if you have any concerns about your package delivery. Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs, and a restocking fee withheld from any credits issued once the package has been returned to our warehouse.

    International Shipping Information

    All international packages are shipped via UPS or DHL and the various options available are presented at checkout. Rates are based on destination and package weight.

    Delivery times for international packages vary depending on the destination and can take up to 4 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.

    International orders are subject to duties/customs fees at the time of checkout. We collect these fees at checkout and remit them to the appropriate country/government as applicable.

    Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs and restocking fees withheld from any credits issued once the package has been returned to our warehouse. We do not offer cash returns, Store credits will be issued.

     Processing Information

    We appreciate your business and appreciate your patronage. Due to the enormous variety of styles and sizes available, our Athleisure Wear is developed, designed, and manufactured in the United States of America to order at I.R.I.S.E. INC. upon receipt of payment authorization and order confirmation. Due to our brand's organic creative process, we take pleasure in offering you with high-quality, affordable fashions that are tailored just for you.

    We work to ship out orders within 7-10 business days after the order is received. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits or product launches, we may take up to 7-15 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

    Tracking for your order will be emailed to you once your order ships from our warehouse. Your order status and updates will be sent to the email on file. Tracking updates are available typically within 24 hours of shipping out.

    If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please allow three additional business days due to shipping. Feel free to email Customer Service at and we will be happy to assist you.

    If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost. Unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be processed and the refunded amount minus fees form will be credited to your account in the form of a Gift Card to I.R.I.S.E. Beautique.  No cash refunds will be given. 

    We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout if the customer failed to correct it. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.


    Payments can be made via Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Pay pal, Shop pay, as well as 3rd party payment providers including Sezzle, Affirm, Klarna, and  Zip pay.

    Once an order submitted your card is charged for the amount of your order. When selecting 3rd party payment options please review and read the authorization and verification process, there are additonal 3rd party fees. You may be redirected to set up an account with the third party provider.

    At this time, I.R.I.S.E. Beautique requires both Payer Verification and Address Confirmation for all orders paid by PayPal. Both of these processes must be completed with PayPal before placing an order on if your payment option is Pay pal.
