At I.R.I.S.E. Beautique, we pride ourselves on exceptional service, craftsmanship, and commitment to size inclusivity.
Each piece is made with care to support your wellness and confidence on your transformative journey.
We strive for your satisfaction; however, due to the nature of our custom, handmade, and wellness-based products, we do not offer cash refunds.
Approved refunds, when applicable, are provided in the form of store credit or a digital gift card.
Return & Exchange Policy Overview
Physical Products
We understand that online shopping requires trust.
Eligible returns are only accepted for unopened, unworn packages in their original condition and packaging, including a copy of the original receipt.
Once received and approved, store credit will be issued in the form of an I.R.I.S.E. Beautique gift card for future purchases.
Digital Products, Wellness Items & Coaching Services: All sales of digital downloads, meal plans, wellness programs, and coaching services are final.
These experiences are tailored to each client and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Initiating a Return or Exchange
Contact Us:

with the subject line “Return Request” or “Exchange Request.”
Include your order number, shipping confirmation, receipt copy, and photos showing the item is unopened.
Pre-Approval Required:
All returns and exchanges must receive written pre-approval.
Approved returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
Submission Deadline:
Requests must be received within 15 days of your package delivery date.
Shipping & Handling:
Return postage (up to $8.95) is the customer’s responsibility.
Store credit will reflect deductions for the shipping label and restocking fees.
Receiving Your Store Credit: Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your store credit gift card will be emailed to you within 15–20 business days.
Gift cards do not expire and can be used toward future purchases at www.irisebeautique.com
Important Considerations: Inspect Upon Arrival: Please review your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for review.
Non-Refundable Items:
Items purchased using gift cards or store credit
Digital meal plans, wellness products, or coaching services
Weight loss products, accessories, books, or e-guides
Masks, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive apparel
Custom, handmade, or distressed items (including jackets, sweatsuits, towels, cups, and bling pieces)
Order Cancellations:
Once an order is placed and processed, cancellations are not permitted.
Please review your selections carefully before checkout.
Enhanced Program & Medical-Related Products
Any items or services purchased in connection with the 12-Week Enhanced Medically Supported Transformation Program are final and non-refundable.
All medical prescriptions, injections, and related services are managed exclusively by Dr. Crystal Broussard, MD (NPI: 1588688576, licensed in all 50 states) and her care team.
All client information shared for coaching or wellness coordination is handled under strict HIPAA compliance and is never shared without written consent.
