At I.R.I.S.E. Beautique, we pride ourselves on going the extra mile for our customers. We are committed to providing high-quality garments and honoring the size inclusivity community.

Our goal is for you to feel confident and inspired by your purchase, which is why we offer a comprehensive range of sizes and detailed size charts to ensure a perfect fit. We encourage you to review our sizing information carefully to select the best fit for your transformative journey as we do not currently offer cash refunds. If and when approved refunds are given in the form of a gift card, see details below. 

**Return & Exchange Policy Overview:**

- **Physical Products:** We understand that shopping online requires trust. I.R.I.S.E. Beautique offers store credit for eligible returns of unopened packages. Our products must be returned fully sealed, in their original packaging, including a copy of the receipt from the original order, to qualify for store credit.

- **Digital Products & Coaching Services:** All sales of digital wellness products and coaching services are final. These transformative experiences are tailored to your journey towards wellness and therefore cannot be returned.

**Initiating a Return or Exchange:**

1. **Contact Us:** To begin the return or exchange process, please email us at i.r.i.s.e.beautique@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request" or "Exchange Request." Include your order number, shipping confirmation number, a copy of your receipt, and dated images showing the item is unopened.

2. **Pre-approval Required:** All returns and exchanges require pre-approval. Approved returns or exchanges will be subject to a restocking fee of $5.00 plus the cost of the return shipping label.

3. **Submission Deadline:** Requests must be submitted via email within 15 days of receiving your package in its original state.

4. **Shipping & Handling:** The cost of the return postage label, up to $8.95, is the responsibility of the customer if the return is approved. The store credit will be adjusted to reflect the shipping label and restocking fees.

**Receiving Your Store Credit:**
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue your store credit in the form of an I.R.I.S.E. Beautique gift card via email within 15-20 business days.

**Important Considerations:**

- **Review Your Order Upon Arrival:** Please inspect your items upon receipt. If you encounter any defects, damages, or incorrect items, notify us immediately to ensure swift resolution.

- **Non-Refundable Items:** Items purchased with a gift card, books, digital products, weight loss products, coaching services, masks, and custom-made items are non-refundable.

- **Order Cancellations:** Once an order is placed and processed, cancellations are not feasible. Please review your order carefully before finalizing.
